You can feel the love and warmth of our place with the kiss of color & hugging hills that surround the property. 35 acres with a pond, lawn, forest, and rustic outbuildings that can perfectly sit in the backdrop of your big day. Our wedding barn was restored in 2015 and has a unique ambiance. Our barn has so much character that you can keep decorations to a minimum if you wish.

OUR APPROACH


We are unique in that we only make one reservation per weekend. This allows you to take it slow and enjoy the weekend. You can arrive the day before to set up and decorate and leave knowing everything is perfect. On your wedding day, you’ll have full access to the wedding barn, lawn, and gazebo from 9:00 a.m. until midnight. Ask about access to our property for engagement photos!

How far in advance do you typically schedule events?

Our couples have booked anywhere from 2 years in advance to 2 months in advance.


What is included in your rental fee?

Do you have a food/beverage minimum?

Nope, we can do a combo of tap beer, bottles of wine, cash bar, and open bar.


Do you allow an onsite ceremony?

Yes.

Is there an additional fee for this?

No.


What is your alcohol policy and what does it cost to host your bar?

Since we carry our own liquor license, all alcohol must be purchased through our distributors. This is the state law.


Is your bar cash only, or do you accept credit cards?

We accept credit cards and cash.


What sort of restrictions do you have for your venue?

Are there any service fees that apply?

Nope, we like to keep things really simple. Everything is included in the price!


Do I need to purchase my own liability insurance? 

Nope, we are insured. :)


Do you have my date available?

Please check our calendar on our Events page! We keep this very current so scroll through to see if your wedding weekend is available! Please message us to confirm. :)


Can you outline any costs and fees that would be a part of renting your facility for our wedding reception?

Do you provide chairs, chair covers, decorations, linens, plates/silverware?

We provide tables and chairs only.


What is your maximum capacity?

200 people


Do you have a place for the wedding parties to get ready?

Yes! We have 2 large, newly restored restrooms in the barn that each party can use to get beautified for the day!


Can you provide me with basic bar set up costs?

These are included, along with up to two bartenders.


Do you have an onsite coordinator we would be working with?

Marcy is the wedding coordinator and is onsite the day of as well. She is available for tours and meetings by appointment.

Is this included in your rental fee or is this an additional fee?

Included.


What is your payment schedule (what do you require for a deposit, when is the full payment due)?

How many people can be seated at each table?

8 people at each eight foot rectangle table, 10 if you include the ends.

6 people at each round table.
